5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their booking by providing written notice to Great White Deck. Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability
 Great White Deck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.

8. Changes to Terms
 Great White Deck reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
